The hunt had announced that their New Year’s meeting on January 1 of this year would have a different format.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Before the meeting, his website said: \u201cThis year we are changing the format of our New Years activity.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cInstead of meeting in Wansford on Bridge End, we will train dogs and horses.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cOur route takes us through Wansford around noon and on towards Yarwell (Main Street \/ Mill Road) and Nassington (Station Road). We look forward to seeing some of you on our route. “<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Crowds gathered to watch the hunt and there were a number of anti-hunt protesters who gathered with banners and placards.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Cambridgeshire Police had a number of officers on duty, including several on off-road motorcycles, to follow the progress of the hunt.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
