Ms. Ruck spends her time sharing all elements of life, mostly related to motorcycles, and also does charity work by offering free workshops for British teenagers. She uses her recovery to engage young minds and talks about resilience, goal setting and dealing with the pressures of life.\n<\/p>\n
She said, \u201cI am on a mission to prove to myself that I can still do it, and I hope this continues to encourage others to stand up and take life by the horns. We only have one life, so let’s make the most of it, turn adversity into an opportunity to grow, and make the most of it. ”\n<\/p>\n
