Like that is not enough Ducati just came out with their damn big DesertX<\/a> and MV Agusta’s new Teeny-Bopper ADV is now pepped up in the form of a Lucky Explorer 5.5 and 9.5 duo<\/a>, Harley Davidson<\/a>sits now heavy<\/em> to the (very current, very new) release of their Panamerica<\/a>. <\/span><\/p>\n

How do you ask <\/span><\/p>\n

By starting an off-road adventure school next year. <\/span><\/p>\n

And they work together with <\/span>seven times Dakar Rally<\/a> Competitor Mick Extance to make this possible. <\/span><\/p>\n

Let us talk about it. <\/span><\/p>\n

In a recent report by <\/span>MCN<\/span><\/a>, we learn that the Adventure School will not only take place at Extance’s Election Playground (the Berwyn Mountains near Llangynog, where the legend has its other enduro events), but that it will start very soon, in 2022. <\/span><\/p>\n

And it makes sense that HD also chose Extance, as it played a huge role in the development of Pan America as early as 2020. The MCN report tells us that it doesn’t just <\/span>“facilitate[d] the press start in May 2020 “,<\/span><\/i> but also <\/span>“[rode] the bike for demonstrations at events such as the Adventure Bike Rider Festival. “<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

Of course there is only one option for school when it comes to HD ADV bikes … and with the Pan America as the main machine (<\/span>and the recent recalls had to swallow HD<\/span><\/a>), we are excited to see how the school will develop (pardon the pun).<\/span><\/p>\n

“This bike is a very capable off-road bike and I want to share this passion of mine and introduce it to people in a safe way.”<\/span><\/i> Extance informs MCN in the report. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cFrom the minute I rode it, I thought, ‘what a cool bike.’ It has amazing traction control, it’s very adequate off-road, it’s a great entry into the adventure bike market. “<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

“We have 1,500 hectares of land and we want to give people the confidence to ride this bike on and off-road.”<\/span><\/i> Extance finished. <\/span><\/p>\n

“That is the whole point of adventure riding.”<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n
