Loud pipe this and hello that – I know from my own experience that a modulating headlight attracts the attention of inattentive drivers. For the uninitiated, a modulating headlight is a patrol car or an emergency vehicle. Whatever legally prevents an inattentive driver from obstructing my right of way – read you will not meet me – is fine with me.
