Classic Legends brings back the Yezdi brand name. The first two motorcycles to debut will be a scrambler and an adventure motorcycle, which will mainly compete with the Royal Enfield Himalayan.<\/strong><\/p>\n

A video that appeared on the Internet shows two of the off-road motorcycles being tested. One of them is a scrambler and the other is an adventure motorcycle. Both motorcycles are said to be Yezdi products and the espionage recordings confirm that these motorcycles are very close to series production.<\/p>\n

The Yezdi brand is about to make a comeback and Classic Legends – the owner of Yezdi and Jawa Motorcycles – is expected to bring the two off-road motorcycles with the nomenclature \u201cRoadking\u201d to the market by the first quarter of 2022.<\/p>\n

Since Yezdi and Jawa are owned by Classic Legends, we can expect the two motorcycle manufacturers to share platforms and parts. The scrambler discovered in the video reveals some styling parts of the motorcycle. A wide and upright handlebar, medium-sized footpegs, and a low profile scrambler-like seat are a few things to expect from this one. The motorcycle is expected with multi-purpose tires on wire wheels. There’s a nifty mudguard at the rear that has helped keep the rear section minimal and tidy. Once launched, the Yezdi Scrambler will compete with the Honda CB350 RS.<\/p>\n

The other adventure motorcycle has style elements such as a high visor and a relaxed handlebar setup. The motorcycle also gets a fully digital instrument cluster. This one also has a spoke wire wheel setup. The wheel size is expected to have a larger diameter compared to the scrambler. This ADV is mainly aimed at the KTM 250 Adventure and the Royal Enfield Himalayan.<\/p>\n

Let’s get to the engine that will power these two Yezdi motorcycles. Yezdi will likely borrow one of Jawa’s two engines – a 334 cc or a 293 cc unit – both single-cylinder and liquid-cooled units. There will be some technical levels of Yezdi’s end since the Jawa engines are the ones that have two exhaust ports. Yezdi must have reworked the engine head, because the spied motorcycles only show a single exhaust system on the right.<\/p>\n
