A number of off-road bikes caused a “nuisance” in Wellingborough <\/a>on Friday, the police said. <\/p>\n Police officers are asking for any footage that may have witnessed the motorcycle incidents, and the problems have continued for the past few months.<\/p>\n Earlier this week officials issued a warning that a zero-tolerance approach to “motorcycle harassment” was being pursued in the city.<\/p>\n CONTINUE READING: M1 horror crash mom on the run after failing to appear in court<\/a><\/b><\/p>\n Enforcement action would be taken “without exception” for anyone ignoring this warning after concerns were raised by locals.<\/p>\n Chief Inspector Tom Thompson said, \u201cWe are currently dealing with a number of off-road motorcycles in Wellingborough and this behavior will not be tolerated as it causes real concern in the community.<\/p>\n \u201cWe cannot accept behavior that adversely affects the quality of life of the people in the area, and by driving this way, you not only endanger them, but also yourself, in a serious collision.<\/p>\n Stay up to date with our email notifications right in your inbox.
