These are the startups that moved to Austin and are now rising

AUSTIN (KXAN /Austin Business Journal) – From a wine subscription service to electric off-road motorcycles and even 3D houses, local startups are setting up businesses and having great success in central Texas.

Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic and supply chain issues, Austin seems like the place to be for these companies.

“A lot of them are educated here because there are so many technical talents. So many developers and engineers who have the ability to create cutting edge applications and software and because it’s an exciting place for people, because Austin is so busy, ”said Brent Wistrom of the Austin Business Journal.

Some of the companies may be better known than others having been in town for a few years, but recently they have really made headway with IPOs that grossed hundreds of millions of dollars this year.
