DIY Motorcycle tools

1. The wrenches are axle wrenches obviously. I mainly did them for me and buddies with KTM so 32mm & 27mm. But then a bunch of my local buddies wanted them for DR650, DRZ, XRLs, KLR etc. I made whatever people wanted. The small hex is a 12mm hex and I cut a piece of cromo 12mm hex and pressed it in there to remove the front axle on the Husqvarna TXC bikes.
  
  I started to get carried away and was going to powdercoat them but I found an anodizer who did them in hard mil black for $75 and that was a deal. The laser was fun just to etch off the anodizing and give them a little character. I can report that they do work well, my buddies last weekend with a couple

  One HF bar clamp plus a 3-way edge clamp and you have a one person fork spring compressor.

  O2 sensor socket and a C-clamp. The shiny parts on the socket are where I polished it a bit on the sander and buffer. If I hadn’t then those shiny parts would instead likely be aluminum scraped out of the lifter bore.
