LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – If you have Walmart aromatherapy room spray, stop using it.
This Better Homes and Gardens essential oil is being recalled because of a rare and dangerous bacterium. It is a condition that is difficult to diagnose and can be fatal.
The CDC has examined a group of 4 confirmed cases of this bacterium, including two deaths in the United States.
Consumers who own this product should double-wrap the bottle in a clean, clear, resealable zippered pouch, place it in a small cardboard box, and return it to a Walmart store for a full refund. The CDC says you don’t open or throw away the bottle.
After a full refund, Walmart will also give customers a $ 20 gift card. This recall affects approximately 3,900 units
