Unless you have Arnie’s biceps or the brute strength of Geoffe Capes, wrestling your big adventure bike in the garage can be a pain. Tight turns and sloping driveways add to the problems, and I have no doubt that this type of faff has resulted in a lot of drivers reaching for their car keys instead.
This does not have to be the case, however, as there is a specially developed solution for this problem. It comes in the form of the Spin-It, a motorcycle turntable for your garage. How it works, and why it might be the best accessory for your garage when riding a big, heavy bike.
What is the Spin-It and who is it for?
The Spin-It really does what it says on the tin. Ride on the sturdy aluminum turntable, designed for motorcycles weighing up to 450 kg, put the stand down and spin it on the castors until your bike is pointing in the direction you came in. This eliminates the need to rotate your bike 23 points or pull it out the next time you want to use it. Simple.
There is a foot operated lock to keep the disc stable as it goes up and down, and there is also a reinforced central disc that can be used with your main stand. The entire structure can also be raised on two feet and stored vertically to save space in your garage when not in use.
