Complaints cause Homer Glen to join other Will County communities that regulate ATVs

Homer Glen previously banned motor vehicles from operating in village parks and on paths, but will now ban ATVs on public spaces such as streets, sidewalks, schools, parks, playgrounds, or other recreational areas. The aim is to promote public safety, reduce nuisance to residents and reduce damage to public property, officials said.
